Smart and High Precision Chemical Batching System
The system is based and inspired by advanced technologies from Japan and Germany, and is introduced by our company. Our R & D department has independently developed Smart and High Precision Chemical Batching System for dosing and batching materials in the form of granular, powder, flake, etc., which used in rubber, cable polymer materials, silicone, friction materials, plastics, pigment and other industries. The system adopts multiple feeding methods such as electromagnetic vibrator, double (single) screw feeder, belt conveyor, self-cleaning screw feeder, vibrating screw feeder and continuous stepless speed regulation smart control device. Multiple electronic scales are set and drive separately. According to the different needs of users, achieve automatic control and management of the material weighing and batching process to ensure uniform and stable batching accuracy. The system is equipped with complete environmental protection and automatic bag making and taking equipment.
Characteristics of series primary rubber mixing system
1. The series internal mixer completes the final refining and master refining process at one time, increasing the production capacity by about 100%;
2. Both the master batch and the final batch use the same PLC to control the quality fluctuation of the rubber on-line;
The rubber compound is mixed in one step, which can improve the mechanical shear efficiency of the rubber material, make the carbon black and various compounding agents more uniformly dispersed, improve the rubber material's tearing strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance, and reduce the Mooney viscosity. 4. The rotor dust-proof seal and wear-resistant ring adopts CC composite material, which only needs a small amount of oil. Reduce the pollution of oil to rubber, save oil by more than 40% than the traditional one;
5. Using series internal mixer, the auxiliary time is greatly shortened;

Low temperature One step rubber mixing system
1. The rubber compound is mixed by one-time mixing method, which can improve the mechanical shearing efficiency of the rubber material, so that the carbon black and various compounding agents are more uniformly dispersed, effectively avoiding carbon black gel during the rubber mixing process , and reducing rubber molecules The occurrence of chain irreversible chemical cleavage increases the number of reversible mechanical shearing molecular, improves the breaking strength, wear resistance and fatigue resistance of the rubber compound, reduces the Mooney viscosity, and improves the physical properties of the compound and product quality.
2. Adopt the mixing mill vulcanization system, through the mixing mill series and parallel arrangement, improve the sulfur dispersion effect;
3. It can reduce the energy consumption of high energy consumption mixer for multi-stage mixing in traditional process and save about 25% electricity;
4. At the same time, the production capacity of the internal mixer is maximized. The average number of stages of the rubber compound is 1.6, that is, the production capacity is increased by 1.6 times;
5. Improve the automation of the final refining line;

Mixing mill automatic rubber mixing system
Through the mutual cooperation between the automatic mixing mill and the conveyor belt rubber turning and pouring device, the rubber material can be in the state of thin pass and accumulation on the mixing mill, so as to meet the requirements of automatic sulfur addition, acceleration and supplementary mixing.
The manual operation of the mill is realized, and the hidden safety hazard of manual work in the mill is eliminated. At the same time, the automatic and stable production of rubber materials is realized through the fully automatic control of glue turning and glue pouring devices.
