Robot palletizing

Our company selects domestic and foreign brands (commonly used brands ABB, KUKA, etc.) and independently designs pneumatic gripper at the front end, which is equipped with adjustable throttle valve to control the operation stability. The base of manipulator is welded with carbon steel and fixed with the ground. Self developed supporting application software can control the operation of manipulator stably and efficiently. The palletizing robot after CCD sorting is equipped with a pallet gripper, which can automatically grab and place the stacked pallets in the corresponding pallet area, and then palletize the products.

CCD detection system

CCD detection system is done with industrial cameras identification, measurement, positioning, judgment function, it will be ingested target into an image signal, sent to a dedicated image processing system, an information distribution of pixels and the brightness, color, etc., into a digital signal.
