Mach Technology is an organization composed of all Mach's "strivers." We need "strivers," not mediocre people who just go through the motions!!

Who are the strivers?

They are those who create value for customers and continuously learn to better create value for customers; those who identify with the company culture and can complete their work with high quality; those who strive for organizational goals with all their might, persistently, and with ambition!! Anyone else is not a "strivers." Therefore, we must protect and care for "strivers," because "strivers" are the source of vitality that drives long-term commitment to hard work, the intrinsic motivation to remain customer-centric, and those who share the company's fate and endure hardship together.

Ask yourself, are you a "strivers"? If not, you are negative energy and not who we need.

Difficulties will always exist, problems will always exist, and different stages have different difficulties. "Strivers" must be able to solve difficulties, constantly improve themselves, and forge ahead.
