Currently, there are a total of 87 professionals in the areas of basic research, design application, process manufacturing, and testing, covering mechanical, electrical control, software, IT, factory design, and engineering installation. The R&D center team highly focuses on rubber, plastics, wire and cable polymer materials, abrasives, building materials, and refractory materials.

The R&D center team highly focuses on the rubber, plastics, wire and cable polymer materials, abrasive materials, building materials, refractory materials, welding materials, metallurgy, aerospace and military industries, and dedicates itself to the research and development of automatic material mixing systems, intelligent automated storage and retrieval systems, environmental protection equipment, and industrial information software products. After more than 20 years of accumulation, it has accumulated and possesses unique experience and technological leadership. To date, it has more than 100 independent intellectual property rights, including invention patents, utility model patents, and software copyrights, 7 self-owned trademarks, and CE certification. The R&D center team possesses the ability to analyze, judge, and tailor-make designs and products based on customer needs, meeting various high, medium, and low-end customer requirements comprehensively.

To achieve high-quality development, in the next 2 years, we will build our own industrial internet laboratory and establish an intelligent manufacturing workshop based on the industrial internet for advanced manufacturing, technology research and development, and technology testing: Mach Technology will select manufacturing industry scenarios, integrate advanced technologies of the industrial internet and intelligent manufacturing, and build an industrial internet laboratory based on 5G technology that integrates the entire process of production, R&D, testing, assembly, and warehousing. A 5G base station will be built to fully utilize the high speed, low latency, and large connectivity characteristics of 5G, deeply explore application scenarios in various business areas of the company, cultivate new impetus with information technology, use new impetus to drive new development, continuously accelerate the "chemical reaction" between information technology and various fields of production and operation, and promote and lead the company's high-quality development.

The traditional single manufacturing model can no longer meet the development needs of the manufacturing industry. Materials, planning, production, supply, sales, design, and processes—these six collaborative elements are core factors determining whether an enterprise can achieve high efficiency, high quality, and low cost. Closely focusing on core businesses from design and processes to manufacturing, we connect information across key processes horizontally and vertically between headquarters and manufacturing plants nationwide, supply chains, and key manufacturing links, achieving real-time and efficient flow of enterprise equipment information, improving networked and geographically dispersed collaborative manufacturing capabilities and manufacturing levels, and creating intelligent manufacturing demonstration workshops and factories with flexible, intelligent, and refined production capabilities.

By building a data sharing mechanism for R&D and design simulation, improving the automatic data acquisition rate in manufacturing and quality control, and improving the product data network for after-sales and maintenance services, we will establish big data usage models for each link to provide effective reference and guidance for the company's key decisions.
