Automatic batching of magnetic materials is required in agriculture, medicine, scientific research, and daily life to mix pesticides and several chemical substances, which are two or more solid solutes, according to requirements. However, there are many types of solutes on the market, and the mixing methods for each solute are different. Current technologies mostly use estimation methods for these solute mixing methods, which have the disadvantages of inaccuracy and inconvenience. Therefore, let's learn about the technical implementation of automatic batching of magnetic materials!

Current technologies mostly use estimated methods for mixing these solutes, which have the disadvantages of inaccuracy and inconvenience. Automatic Batching of Magnetic Materials

The automatic batching device for magnetic materials includes a main body, a pesticide straw, a one-way check valve, a dosage adjustment device, a built-in suction device, a power switch, a pesticide outflow device, a pesticide bottle placement recess, and a built-in power supply. A pesticide bottle placement recess is provided at the front end of the main body. A pesticide straw is provided at the top of the pesticide bottle placement recess. A dosage adjustment device is provided at the end of the pesticide bottle placement recess. A power switch is provided on the upper surface of the main body. A built-in suction device is provided inside the upper end of the main body. The built-in suction device is connected to the pesticide straw. A pesticide outflow device is provided on the upper right side of the main body. A built-in power supply is provided inside the bottom of the main body. It can automatically perform quantitative proportioning of different pesticides, saving time and reducing labor intensity. It can achieve pesticide proportioning, but the above-mentioned patent cannot identify the identity of the diluent container or the concentrate. Therefore, in view of the above problems, this invention proposes an automatic raw material device and its raw material method capable of identifying both the solute container and the solute. By investigating the correlation between the two in the data set, it can achieve automatic matching of two or more solutes, easily and correctly controlling the matching concentration.

Technical Implementation Elements of Automatic Batching of Magnetic Materials:

Automatic batching of magnetic materials provides an automatic raw material device and its raw material method that identifies the solute in the medicine bottle through RFID, weighs the solute, and weighs and calculates the amount of solvent in the container. The device can achieve automatic proportioning of solid solutes, improving the existing technology level.

To achieve the above objectives, this invention employs the following means.

Automatic batching of magnetic materials includes a solute metering device, a funnel, a solvent container, and a complete set of solute steel cylinders. The funnel is connected to the solute metering device and the solvent container respectively. The solute metering device includes an RFID reader controlled by an ARM microprocessor and a metering module. An RFID tag is provided on the mouth of the solute bottle. The RFID reader is used to identify the RFID tag. The metering module is used to meter the dissolved mass entering the solvent container. During use, the funnel is aligned and connected to the solute metering device, and the bottom of the funnel is inserted into the mouth of the solvent container. When the RFID reader identifies the solute bottle with the required RFID tag, the metering module meters the dissolved mass that enters. After metering is complete, the metering module stops metering.

The metering module includes a stepper motor, a limit switch, a limit plate, and a solute tray. A load sensor is provided in the solute tray. The limit switch is installed on the limit plate. The stop plate is set on the solute metering device housing. When the solute bottle solute is placed on the solute tray, the weighing sensor measures the weight of the solute on the solute tray in real time. After the weight is full, the stepper motor rotates the solute tray, releases the limit switch, and allows the solute to enter the solvent container. It also includes a weight module, including a frame. A touch panel, a power switch, a sound module, and a slide rail are provided on the frame. The power switch is used to start the automatic raw material supply device. The touch panel is used to receive and display the input control commands. The sound module includes a speaker and a sound amplification hole for urging the execution of control instructions. On the solute metering device housing, a slider suitable for the slide rail is provided for sliding in the slide rail. A locking nut is provided on the sliding unit, and the locking nut is suitable for the locking screw of the sliding unit to limit the movement of the sliding unit in the slide rail.

Technical Effects Achieved by Automatic Batching of Magnetic Materials Compared with Existing Technologies:

  1. Comprehensive application of RFID identification and dual-carrier technology to achieve solid solute identification and solvent quantity calculation, supporting free combination and automatic matching of solvent and solute, and preventing problems such as intrusion of expired solute and excessive solute.

  2. Continuous periodic reading during the solute placement process can avoid user misreading of the solute.

  3. It has universality and supports multiple dispensing modes. After the dispensing mode is selected, if the second solute injected has an adverse chemical reaction with the solute already in the container, the device can automatically identify it and prohibit the second injection to prevent adverse consequences.

  4. View work records, and the data set can be updated.
