A fresh start, a new beginning.

On January 29, 2021, Maher Technology held its "2020 Annual Excellent Employee Award Ceremony" at its Beijing headquarters. Maher's management team and all employees attended this grand event.

Although the year was challenging, we must continue to forge ahead. In the extraordinary year of 2020, facing the challenges and opportunities of the epidemic and the fluctuating domestic and international markets, the Maher people worked together, overcame difficulties, and achieved remarkable results. This success is inseparable from the correct leadership of the company's management and the hard work of its employees. In the past year, Maher a number of outstanding individuals emerged who made remarkable achievements through hard work and dedication. To commend advanced individuals, set examples, and promote positive energy, this award ceremony set up three awards: Advanced Individual Award, Service Pioneer Award, and Most Beautiful Retrograde Award. After self-recommendation and selection, department selection, and comprehensive company evaluation, nine outstanding employees stood out from many excellent employees and won this honor. After the Comprehensive Management Department read out the list of winners, company leaders Sun, Du, and Xu presented awards and rewards to the winners.

These outstanding employees (Wan Hanghui, Ma Jianxun, Xiao Hui) + service pioneers (Zhan Guochang, Han Yun) + most beautiful retrograde (Wei Shuyu, Zhang Zhaojie, Chen Jie, Han Ying) are among the best, and they are also a microcosm of all our employees, and are role models for everyone to learn from, find their own gaps and shortcomings, and strive to do better.

 

President Sun delivered an important speech at the awards ceremony, congratulating the winners and setting higher requirements for everyone in the new year. Summary:

“The epidemic accompanied us to the Spring Festival of 2021, and it is still continuing, resulting in the inability to hold this year's annual meeting. I haven't seen many colleagues for a year, and I really miss everyone!

In 2020, we remained confident and moved forward along our predetermined goals and direction. Through the joint efforts of all employees, we have achieved good results. The Jiangsu base has also entered the factory design phase (with a large demand for capital investment in the later stage). Team building has been strengthened, while internal management has been continuously improved and upgraded, continuously honing our internal skills, improving efficiency, reducing unnecessary costs, reducing low-level and repetitive errors, strengthening R&D and innovation capabilities, and strengthening execution, with significant results. The listing work is also under preparation, but there is still a big gap, and we need to continue our efforts.

We have always adhered to the corporate culture of "customer-centric, people-oriented, and long-term commitment to hard work." All employees have basically practiced the company's corporate culture well.

The company should be people-oriented. So who are these people?

I believe they are people who can create value for customers and constantly learn to better create value for customers, who identify with the corporate culture and can complete their work with high quality, and who can do their utmost for the organizational goals, persevere, and have ambition!!

Others are not "strivers," so we must protect and care for "strivers," because "strivers" are the driving force behind long-term commitment to hard work, the inner drive to remain customer-centric, and the ability to share the same fate and joys and sorrows with the company. Everyone should ask themselves: Are you a "striving" person? If you are not a "striving" person, you are negative energy, and you are not the person we need.

Difficulties will always exist, problems will always exist, and different stages have different difficulties. "Strivers" must be able to solve difficulties, constantly improve themselves, and forge ahead. Maher Technology is an organization composed of all Maher "strivers." We need "strivers," not mediocre people or those who just go through the motions, so in 2021 we must improve the quality of personnel and work!!

The reason our organization exists is that we can create value for customers; otherwise, our organization has no value!! Human nature is greedy and lazy, which is the root of all human suffering. Desire can never be satisfied, and friendly relationships between people can only be achieved by controlling desires. Otherwise, you will feel that everyone owes you something, but actually you have a problem!!

Everything has limits, and excess will be punished. This is a natural law. Although we are a small company, all the people in the company depend on this enterprise for their livelihood. Each of us is very small, and what we can do is limited, but at least we should work together, do what we can do well, realize our own life value, live up to ourselves, live up to our families, and not live a wasted life.

Our goals:

To allow all those who identify with and are loyal to Maher's strivers to progress, develop, and prosper together with the company, allowing you and your families to have a better life, getting better day by day.

Requirements:

1. Unqualified work or products should not "occur, flow out, or be received" at one's own post. In 2021, we will promote the "doing things right the first time" concept. Don't cause trouble for others because of you, don't be a pig teammate, and have respect for your work. 2. Abide by rules, regulations, and procedures. The effectiveness of execution mainly depends on whether personnel above the deputy manager level strictly enforce

the company's relevant regulations. Failure to strictly enforce is, in a sense, a violation of the rules. Poor execution has little to do with grassroots employees. 3. When encountering problems, look for reasons within yourself and engage in in-depth thinking (thinking with results). Work should be solid and thorough, and avoid

superficial work (doing it but only putting in 30% effort when 100% is required). Reduce and eliminate low-level and repetitive errors. 对作风漂浮(做也做了,但是 10 分只做 3 分),减少和杜绝低级与重复的错误。

4. Strengthen the creation of an innovative atmosphere, encourage innovation (technical and managerial), encourage technological breakthroughs, and provide material and honorary rewards. We shouldn't just talk the talk, but walk the walk; work is done through action. Relevant departments need to take action. Rewards cannot just be words; work is what matters.
