When setting the metering value, it has three functions: coarse feeding, medium-speed feeding, and fine feeding, which can effectively control automatic feeding.
Automatic batching of refractory materials is generally composed of an industrial computer and a series of PLCs. The industrial computer uses configuration software to schedule, manage, and display the entire system. The monitoring software can dynamically display the process flow of the entire production process, the operation, faults, and alarm status of each equipment, and process parameters such as silo high and low levels and valve opening and closing. Multiple PLCs are used as lower-level controllers to achieve real-time control of the batching process, and the upper and lower level controllers communicate using fieldbus or industrial Ethernet.
