Cable polymer materials, PVC automatic batching system
This system is mainly suitable for single-story and double-story factory buildings. Bulk materials are transported and metered sequentially using a negative pressure suction method. It meets the requirements of the main equipment (mixing machine, reactor) for the storage, transportation, metering, batching, feeding, and dust removal of various raw materials, and realizes linkage control with the main equipment.
This system features a flexible process layout and low factory investment costs. It reduces the handling of bulk materials, separates raw material storage and unpacking from the production area for a cleaner environment; the unpacking device uses a single-machine dust removal system, resulting in no raw material loss, and achieves automated production and information management. It holds market shares of 75% and 66% in the cable and PVC industries, respectively.
