Unpalletizing robot application
Palletizer and depalletizer: Used for palletizing and depalletizing regular goods; in addition to using gantry structures, palletizing/depalletizing robots have been widely used.
Sorting roller line: A sorting and conveying system composed of roller conveyors. It can be configured with different sorting branches according to user needs, offering convenient combination and simple control.
Navigation is achieved through methods such as laser, geomagnetism, and landmark QR codes. The AGV's operating track can be customized according to actual usage needs.
Palletizer and depalletizer: Used for palletizing and depalletizing regular goods; in addition to using gantry structures, palletizing/depalletizing robots have been widely used.
Elevator: A lifting mechanism used to transfer goods between levels, driven by a chain; in addition to directly transferring goods between levels, it can also be combined with conveying equipment such as AGVs, RGVs, and four-way vehicles to achieve level transfer.
Transfer machine: Used to change the conveying direction of goods on the conveyor line, generally set at the intersection of horizontal and vertical conveyor lines, using a lifting or hanging mechanism.
Intelligent Recognition System
Barcode/CCD image recognition: Using laser or vision to identify the barcode of goods, used to distinguish goods information, control the flow of goods or to count goods. Some mobile devices can achieve positioning through barcode recognition; or through the recognition of QR code landmarks to achieve AGV navigation.
WMS Warehouse Management Software
Self-developed upper computer management software for automated warehouses. It can connect to ERP and MES systems at the upper level and to PLC and other control systems at the lower level. It has functions such as automated warehouse equipment simulation animation, equipment operation, inventory information management, and statistical query.
Portable Operation Management: As a mobile human-machine interaction device, the software for the handheld management and operation terminal is independently developed and customized according to user needs.
