Barcode/CCD image recognition: Using laser or vision to identify the barcode of goods, used to distinguish goods information, control the flow of goods or to count goods. Some mobile devices can achieve positioning through barcode recognition; or through the recognition of QR code landmarks to achieve AGV navigation.

WMS Warehouse Management Software

Self-developed upper computer management software for automated warehouses. It can connect to ERP and MES systems at the upper level and to PLC and other control systems at the lower level. It has functions such as automated warehouse equipment simulation animation, equipment operation, inventory information management, and statistical query.

Portable operation management

Portable Operation Management: As a mobile human-machine interaction device, the software for the handheld management and operation terminal is independently developed and customized according to user needs. It can wirelessly remote control devices and communicate with the host computer database simultaneously. It can view the device's operating status in real time and provide information reminders for users.

MES Manufacturing Execution System

MES is a production information management system. It optimizes the entire process from order placement to product completion through information transmission, responds to and reports on real-time events occurring in the factory workshop in a timely manner, and uses accurate data for guidance and processing.
